Ashley Foundation Fund Provides $130K Grant to Children’s National Health System

FREDERICK, MD – May 30, 2017: The Ashley Foundation Fund, one of more than 679 funds managed by The Community Foundation of Ashley Foundation Fund small jpgFrederick County, provided a $130,650.22 grant to Children’s National Health System.

The grant supports its Adolescent/Young Adult (AYA) Patient Navigator Program, which provides services, resources, and activities to promote the quality of life for patients by creating a safe space in its dedicated inpatient Teen Room, as well as coordinating onsite and offsite activities.
