Dick Markey
Dick Markey, Community Foundation friend, 2004 Wertheimer Fellow for Excellence in Volunteerism, and beloved Frederick citizen, passed away on July 9, 2008.  Join us as we remember Dick Markey by making a donation in his memory to the Mary Alice and Richard E.
